When I think about what we create at our Hampstead bakery, one word comes to mind: “honest cakes.” We don’t claim to revolutionise the baking world or introduce groundbreaking innovations. Instead, we stay true to the essence of homemade cakes – simple, fresh, and heartfelt.
Every cake we offer is baked fresh in our kitchen, right behind our store in Hampstead, London. Our ingredient list is refreshingly simple: flour, butter, eggs, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda & a few other items like fresh fruits, flavourings and cocoa powder – no artificial additives, just natural goodness. We’ve spent years refining our recipes, continuously perfecting the art of buttercream cakes.
